Q: How long will it take to receive my item?

A: During non-peak seasons, we can usually have items ready to ship to you (or your gift recipient) within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) from the date we receive the order.  

During peak seasons (CHRISTMAS, Easter, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and back to school) most orders are completed within 2-3 weeks from the date we receive the order.

If you select an item from our website that comes from one of our partner companies, process times may be delayed. In the event of a delay greater than 3 days, we will contact you.

 

Q: How do you ship my order?

A: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking and insurance. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided with the order.

 

Q: I need to add or change something on my order? 

A: If you notice an error with your order, please CONTACT US immediately. 

 

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Please refer to our RETURNS & REFUNDS policy.

 

Q: Can I send you my own items to have them monogrammed? 

A: Sorry, we do not offer this service.
