Items that have not been customized or personalized may be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. You must CONTACT US within 10 days to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once we receive the order, a refund will be issued within 5 days.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund will be given. Items that have been worn or washed or tags have been removed or the item has been altered in any manner, will be returned to you and no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Due to the custom and unique designs we offer, we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized.

We do not accept returns for fit issues; each item contains measurements and sizing charts. If a sizing chart is not available, please contact us for measurements.
We do not accept returns for wrong initials, wrong names, wrong designs or wrong colors unless we make a mistake on our end. We do use machines to create your items however, we are human. If we make an error, we will replace the item with the correct one, at no cost to you, our valued customer. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the order, if something is not correct.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Store credit or gift cards may be issued, at our discretion, in lieu of a refund.
